^ true that, it seemed a bit rushed though but they do have lots to cover in 10 episodes. I didn't liked Melisandra and Sir Dontos, they could have done better.
I heard they have already showed episode 2 in Europe, can any one confirm??

Once I went to watch a movie on IMax and there was this desi kid selling tickets in black, all my friends bought the tickets from him in half price but I still bought the ticket at full price from the kiosk. I guess my moral compass is really messed up lolz

From the books I thought Melisandre could've been hotter. Overall good start to the season. I loved season 1 but now after having read the whole series, I feel season 2 is not going to be as good for me. The level of detail in the books can't be brought to the screen.

The show is moving faster and slower. They are moving along relatively quickly, but there are so many arcs and characters that it feels like each character is not progressing fast enough. This was always going to be a shortcoming of the show, it would never be able to capture the detail of the books. Still, it's very well done. Peter Dinklage is killing it as Tyrion. For those who haven't read the books, Tyrion is going to be the star of season 2.

Oh yeah, Tyrion is absolutely brilliant and it's going to be interesting watching him up against Cersei this season.

Also I hear that GRR Martin hasn't even started writing his next book. He better hurry up because in his pictures he looks like he's going to drop dead soon. :/

:hehe: yeah he is not the healthiest looking guy. That said, he originally planned to write three books, have a 5 year gap, and then write the last three books. However, he realized that he could not skip 5 years without an over reliance on flashbacks, so he had to go back and write books 4 and 5. I expect the next few books to come out much faster, with much higher quality.

Oh yeah. Really eventful. And all of the players haven’t even been introduced yet.
