I have loved it by far, esp the way they have tried to put all the important details from the book. I also love it’s opening titles, that’s so imaginative

I still haven't gotten around to finishing the books. When I'm done with them, I'll check the show out.

Just caught up with this watching online. Wow what a brilliant show, once you get over the incest and sex scenes. The opening scene was soo scary with those 'wildlings' whatever they're called. I love the dwarf character. Got episode 4 buffering as I type so gonna watch it soon.
HBO always produces top notch shows.

After watching the fifth episode I don't know should I laugh or get amazed in awe. It's just pure brilliance if you don't get offended by the vulgarity part lolz

I love the fact that all the actors are playing their part so well, other then Ned Stark I can't figure out who is good or bad. Every character has so many shades of good and evil in them

I can't wait for episode 6, you can tell things are really heating up now. I want to see some more of those 'wildlings'. If your in the USA you can watch episode 7 staright after 6 by logging onto to hbo, I just hope someone can upload it to the website I use so I can watch it too. I am so loving this show, there are only 10 episodes in the first season and I don't think I can hold out till next year to watch season 2, I think I'm going to buy the books so I can find out how everything ends.

Saw it on the HBO website, you can only view episode 7 early online though. I'm in the UK it's on Monday night here but I always watch it on project tv so I can avoid the advert breaks.

Sarab, if you plan to read the books, be warned; the series is not complete yet, book 4 was released in something like 2004/5, and book 5 is due this summer. It has been a wait of over five years, and I can no longer remember what happened in the earlier books. Apparently there are going to be two further books, I'll be an old lady by the time those see the light of day.

Thanks for the heads-up el topo, it's been hard for me to open up my heart to a tv show (I was a victim of ABCs Lost), at least now I know that there may not be an ending, I can mentally prepare.

Episode 6 rocked, but episode 7 omg! Don't know if anyone watched it but the poop has hit the fan big time.

I feel so sorry for Ned, how can some one be so thick in the name of honor. He should have told in the throne room that geoff is not the legitimate son instead of just keeping the secret in.

Just ordered the box set of books 1-4 from amazon, I can not wait to start reading. Shame I cheaped out on the P&P though, God knows when they will arrive.

My favorite characters so far are Arya, Drago, Jon, Tyrion and Robb :blush:
