I do believe in it as it is mentioned in a hadeeth I read that Prophet:saw: said Ali:razi: and Fatimah:razi2: are my extended family (Part of Ahl-e-Bayt)… the point was that Ahl-e-Bayt is not only the family of a son-in-law… Ahl-e-Bayt = Ghar waalaY - in simple urdu - meaning your wife who lives with you… and Quran defines them as such… My first criteria is Quran… and if that is too bad in your eyes, then congratulation.
