Abdullah K, come to think of it perhaps I recognize you from the FBI’s Most Wanted List - a Pakistani fugitive hiding in the mountains of BC:)

**I really haven’t travelled a lot out of BC unless you are also from BC, maybe US..it’s a small world. **
true.

Nice pictures, thank you for sharing.

nice collection indeed. Thanks folks. I think we should see more trip related threads often.

Nice Photos Abdullah. I tried to rescue one photo. I couldn’t do a decent job due to the low resolution, but if interested, email me a high-res. photo and I will fix it for you.

Also, next time, when shooting in snow, take the light meter reading from a tree trunk or the palm of your hand, before shooting that particular scene, and your photos won’t be under exposed.

Happy Trailing

Umroo

Many thanks all for your compliments, am really glad you guys enjoyed these pictures.

Umroo, I think the dull shades killed lots of photographs. That's one of the reasons, I am not a particular fan of using digital cameras. There is nothing like using conventional films. This result came after running photos through PS, and applying all sorts of corrections and sharpening techniques. I got exactly the same advice from a friend after coming back - adjust the light meter reading before taking pictures in snow.

I will definitely e.mail you some of the Photographs for corrections, perhaps you may be able to apply techniques which I am not aware of. Many thanks once again...

hey breathtaking views. great stuff. you look great too mate.
