Back to our topic, Messenger ‘saw’ kissed and made up with Kuffar in Hudaibya treaty. What else you call the terms such as “Our man goes over to Makkah, you keep him. Your man comes over to Medina, we don’t offer him asylum”. This was apparently humiliating for Muslims. That is why Umar rah spoke against the treaty. However the rest of the sahaba rah figured it out and supported the Messenger saw.
So there you have it. I am sure there are a lot of Maulanas denying if Hudaibya treaty ever existed.**
