When any good person leaves his nation it is said that its a death of nation ,so if good people are leaving GS does it mean its the death of GS ?? :aq:

that said, you raise a very good point that when people miss people, what happens. their good ness is missed.
and it also depends on who is missed, is also missing or not??
liking and being similar does not happen one way.
(no meant for intimate relation ship only)
people who know each other for a commonality of spirit, thinking, opinions, likes, dislikes and have proximity will all have some degree of missing for each other, since their not being present creates a vacuum.
to fill that in, what you can do is that relive the good that peeople leave you with, in their memories.
and what you find not good, dont let that happen to others or not let it be in others.

everyone has their own definition of "good"..... to some it may very well be the "death of GS" to others it may not be. The way i see it.......people come and go.......and some will be good therefore GS will never die.

U Z all i can say key politics to har jagah hai, u dont leave everything, just got to learn to deal wid it and keep a low profile and avoid raising flags in front of others :k:, now i know what u mean and i do agree there was a lotta bias against some ppl but they themselves as well did not try to resolve it, khair :k: chhaddo

Good people are not irreplaceable. Plus why are they leaving GS.
If they are leaving cause they did not like someon’e attitude then its wrong and some what selfish on their part.
If its a personal reason then its OK.
GS is like a living being. People are like blood. New blood always replaces old blood
