They could be members of ttp as the border is porous when Pakistan carries out operations the taleban just cross the border into Afghanistan and return later. The government and military should have protested strongly with afghans and NATO as to why they allowed them to cross border as they keep on harping of taleban crossing over from Pakistan but no guts in the leaders.

how much more bloodshed we need to come out of Utopian world of good or bad taliban? Kutta is a kutta no mattter what you call it.
