I think this is a great habit ,Masi , constantly washing up your hands all through the cooking process … since my hands are in the gloves , I keep washing the gloves every few minutes 
..
@ TLK, yes you are absolutely right TLK , its quite risky to cook wearing Latex gloves … I learnt it the hard way 
… but now what i do is , take special care , if i am cooking on high fire, I dont take the risk and remove the gloves .. but if its light fire .. I just carry on in the gloves ..though its a bad habit .. I should definitely take off the gloves during the cooking process feeling guilty
@ Pareezay, .. I fought with the restaurant wala for like half hour this time when i went to pakistan , coz i saw that balti in which they were washing the dishes 
.. then they threw me out of their restaurant before i could see some of their other master peices
