Well, I’m just pointing out the facts. Reality is that you can’t build a house on flawed foundation and complain when it falls down. And for very same reason dictators can’t bring democracy & we have experimented with that going back to Ayoub Khan’s basic democracy. As for Local bodies election, I support the idea, but that again is provisional subject & not a federal issue.
