The Challenge for guppies

yesterday

breakfast : one sandwich with a cup of tea

Lunch: 1 roti with aloo qeema

Dinner : nothing

had fruit and salad in between !

Today : abahi abahi nashta kia hai , had 1 slice of bread with italian salad and half cup of tea !

** breakfast: **
French-Toast
3eggs omlete with american cheese and french fries on the side
Oat cereal
Egg and cheese sandwich
2 glasses of orange juice

** Lunch :**
12 inch Beef sub
ben jerry's iceream
large curly fries
Ham burger
LArge soda

** Dinner: **
MAcoroni and cheese
1 medium pizza
Creampie with smoothie
popcorn infront of tv
juckfood.. around 5packets of dorittos

rather than concentrate on what you eat.. find out how everyone's genes react to that kinda food.. there may be people eating rich meals and still not putting on a pound.. (Gizzy) and others who are so careful but yet consider losing weight next to impossible. (not taking any names here but you know who you are)

^ PA, I dont want to lose weight.. I lost 10kg anyway.. So its not hard for me lose, I want to gain weight!

Ermmm Day 3

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of bread with margerine and Chedder cheese
  • mug of tea

Lunch:

  • No lunch!
  • Just a bottle of mango juice

Dinner:

  • No dinner :-p

Day 4

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of bread with margerine and Chedder cheese
  • 1 mug of tea

Lunch:

  • No lunch again.. (no time)
  • A bottle of Spa flavaoured water

Dinner:

  • Mixed Sabzi

Day 5

Breakfast:

  • No Nashta

Lunch:

  • Falafel bread at Toc Toc :-P
  • Can of Cola

Dinner:

  • just had some fruit

Day 6

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of bread with margerine and Strawberry Jam
  • mug of tea

Lunch:

  • Again no time for lunch

Dinner:

  • Chapli kabab
  • French fries
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Mango juice

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: 2 Ryvita crackers with honey and one lucious plum :yummy:

diner: havnt gotten there yet, my mums made chicken biryani, hyderabadi style - not plannin on eating it :frowning:

^ Ohh, then give the Biryaani to me.. And take what ever you like from me.. :-)

oh Gizzy paijaan i put you in the first category. The " ..." created the confusion.

Day 2:

breakfast: tostitoes with salsa with..umm…thori si chai…not even half a cup…

lunch: daal chawal :yummy:

dinner: daal chawal… (ghareeb log u know) :bummer:

our haaan…mene SIRF aik kitkat khaayee…no not one BAR i mean the whole 4 bar pack thingy :bummer:
ab aik se kum nahi ker sakti…

our haan..i think i drank 2 glasses of pepsi throughout the day! :frowning:

why is no on here is drinking enough water. I've upped my intake of water from 2 -3 glasses/day of water to 2 liters/day. i've stareted going to the bathroom a lot more though. i'm not overweight or anything, but decided it is healtier. I've stopped drinking soft drinks (occasionally yes). I've cut down on Juices as well. Before I used to drink juices instead of water. It has been almost 10 days since I started doing this.
haven't seen any benefits yet.

what i have noticed is that you don't feel very hungry. my food intake has decreased a bit. you always feel full with drinking so much water. i've also cut down a lot on junk foods.

its not just a matter of overweight its abt keeping fit, many asians eat too much ghee oil in their food, we should cut down on that, increase fruits and water, ew should do excercises to stay fit

this is what i do...

morning chai with a slice of bread
sometime in the afternoon.. another slice with fat free cheese
chai
and at night i eat regular dinner...
chai again..
get bout 6 glasses of water an

the one thing i cant let go is chai with two tsp sugar.. i did cut down na.. i cantttttttttttttttttttttt anymore....

about this diet.. whatever it is let me kno cuz
