The Challenge for guppies

Well, this is from yesterday...

Day 1

Breakfast: Puff biscuits w/ Tea

Lunch: Vegetable fried rice and a glass of water

In between: a banana and a few lychees

Dinner: Okras w/ roti and 2 glasses of water

^ I guess so.. Coz I am one too.. :-)

Well, let me comeplete the day..

I had dinner:

3 different types of saalan. Had a bit of all 3..
1. Daal.
2. Qeema paalak
3. Bhunni hui chicken filet in a wok :-)

Breakfast - Bhigoye huye Almonds aur Orange Juice

Lunch - Ghee me Nahayee hui rotiyan, Palak Paneer aur Dal

Evening snacks - Chai aur Chanazor :)

Dinner - Aloo ke Pranthe aur aam ka acchaar

Before going to bet - 1 glass Milk

This is great, personally Im 500lbs 3"2, jet black with no teeth. I dont think theres much you can do for me with reguard to my teeth or my height but this has gotta be HILARIOUS, perhaps Ill go sown to 490lbs… ok, IM in :smiley:

breakfast: nothing

lunch: a medium cheese pizza

dinner: 2 plate chicken karahi chawal mix :smiley:

does chewing gum count??..cuz i chew like 10 sticks a day :bummer:

yesterday:

breakfast: bread and cup of coffee

lunch: turkish iskander… with chicken pieces in yohurt, tomato sauce, bread

dinner: slice of brown bread with cheese

(too much bread i know)

inbetween, 1 1/2 lit. mineral water and a chocolate bar :halo:

day 2

breakfast: nothing

lunch: nothing

dinner: a plate of chicken+chawal

had 3 dairy milk bars and a hot fudge during the day :bummer:

Day 2

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of bread with margerine and Chedder cheese
  • 1 mug of tea

Lunch: (this was another exception) twice in a row .. :stuck_out_tongue:

  • Broodje Falafel (Falafel burger)
  • 1 bottle of Mango juice :yummy: to drain it down the throat

Dinner:

  • Daal Chawal

okay it was my second day today …

day first : half sandwich and a glas of juice

Lunch : maasalay walay bhangain with nan and salad

Dinner : fruites :halo:

and Today : nothing for breakfast as i had to meet khali pait in hospital :o

then for lunch i had a shawrma :halo:

and Dinner : nothing yet but i had frutis , tea etc …!

Munieb rozana naashta kiya karo ganday bachay :smash:

Day 1 ( i.e yesterday)

Breakfast

Lunch

chicken salan with rice, salad and podeney ki chutney :yummy:

Dinner

nothing bcoz i had 1 samosa and few ras malayes in the evening :smiley:

Day 2 ( i.e today :stuck_out_tongue: )

Breakfast

sandwitch with orange juice

one question do we have to mention the amount to water we drink? because it might be difficult for me to keep a trck of that :konfused: :smiley:

day3

breakfast: nothing

lunch: a plate of spaghetti with a fried beef pattie…

dinner: chicken qorma

had like half a bag of jolly ranchers during the day :rotato:

Day 1:

breakfast/lunch: spaghetti…u know..with qeema and mattar and stuff…and mangoe juice…

umm..shaam-ka-khhana i guess :konfused: :umm…u know those tostitoes with salsa and stuff…and a glass of pepsi :smiley:

dinner: aik roti (almost) with kofte ka salan! :smiley:

our i eat a lotta chocolates :bummer: woh bhi bataana hai?
