Because it stinks. I used to hate making anything goat/mutton because the smell was so awful. Found out I was actually getting sheep/lamb not goat. My MIL hates any kind of smell, meat, egg.. It doesn’t bother me unless its like really really bad which was the case when I was getting sheep/lamb.
