I always go over my eye liner with a black eye shadow using a wet brush

Eye pencils - Lov smoulder not a big fan of the urban decay 24/7 zero tho personally I use fluid line in the rim of my eyes it stays put longer.

Whenever I try to do the black shadow thing, I always make a big mess!!
