I just bought the No7 Amazing Eyes Pencil in black. I put on 3 hours ago on my waterline and it hasn't smudged!! which is absolutely amazing because pretty much every eyeliner I've tried smudges.
For people in USA, I bought it at Target for $6.99
Yaaayyyyyyyyyy!! Another convert!! I was getting pretty nervous though after all the raving reviews I was giving it... was just waiting for someone to come on here and tell me they tried it and it was sh!t!! :)

I don’t rate the No7 pencil…
I like MAC’s pencil in Smoulder, Urban Decay 24/7 in Zero and Chanel’s Intense Kohl pencil in Noir.
Anyone tried the eye pencil by Prestige? I remember reading about it on here somewhere…it’s supposed to be pretty good 
^ I've yet to try the urban decay and chanel, but MAC's smolder gives me panda eyes and smudges :(

The Chanel one is pretty good too… that would be my 2nd fav!! Not a fan of MAC’s eye pencils - they don’t really work for me. A lot of pple like Urban Decay… I can’t remember why I didn’t like it…

I always go over my eye liner with a black eye shadow using a wet brush
Eye pencils - Lov smoulder not a big fan of the urban decay 24/7 zero tho. personally I use fluid line in the rim of my eyes it stays put longer.

i tried the MAC gel eyeliner on my waterline, its good, but honestly doesn't stay after a while! it slides down under my waterline....however if your looking for an eyeliner to stay for the rims of your eyes, MAC gel eyeliner is good...
anyone know anything else to use for the waterline, with staying power?
