I was wondering if you guys could tell me what the blackest eyeliner that you guys know to wear inside the rim of your eye…i love gel eyeliners but you can’t put them on the inside.

I havnt found one so far, However i have a surma that is SOOOOOOO black, But i got it from morocco! :) Try surma. Orrrr MAC is really good.

I love Boots No 7 eye pencil.... it is jet black and NEVER smudges or runs.... it's still jet black in the morning (obviously after sleeping with it on) :)
Prefer it over Urban Decay, Lancome, Mac and Chanel... yes, have them all....thought there was something "better" out there but in the end went back to my trusty old Boots No.7 !!!

I actually wear my MAC gel liner inside the rim of the eyes too. I have it in blacktrack.

I use Stila's kajal eyeliner for that purpose, its great :D

It's the normal pencil eyeliner in black... has a rubber tip on the other end for blending

MAC's gel liner in blacktrack
Yes Black track is an excellent eyeliner, but it shouldn't really be used on the water line of the eye, MAC smoulder Khol pencil is really black, but smudges, so is good if your in to the smudgey smokey look, if you want to use a waterproof eye pencil, it's graphblack by MAC, it will not smudge.
Other really black eye liners for outside are Inglot, or mikeyaji ones, Inside the eyes I think bourjois eye pencil & mikeyaji...

Chanel kohl pencil. I love it. Never have to reapply during the day and it doesnt smudge.

From what I know MAC blacktrack gel liner is perfectly safe to use on the rimge of the eyes. and it does not smudge at all neither does it disappear after 2 hrs like kajal
