Well i was naive kid till age 11. I used to think if a man and woman lay down together in bed...somehow babies are born. I was so curious one time that i lead whole discussion group in our school bus when i was in Saudia Arabia. Yap..one of the wise one spoke. This is because grown up have sex and have babies!. I was very shocked!

If you ever want to teach your child the truth to a reasonable level without being too clinically descriptive ... then do three things:

Show them a picture of a pregnant woman - and say there is a baby in her tummy
Describe how birds lay eggs and the eggs hatch
Describe how bees polinate the ovules from picking up pollen from the anthers

The rest is imagination, speculation, calculation ... hopefully not experiment and realisation ...

My father use to point at the tallest tree on PMA road and said , ‘‘we got you down out of this tree’’ :smiley: . . . and I use to ask the same question everyday when we pass that tree and he use to say the same thing . I still think its the truth , and much cooler way than ordinary one that you all people took :snooty:

All your experiences are so damn funny! Many of these highlighted my own feelings that i forgot i had.

For example i had just a few months prior to that incident found out what intercourse was, thank you porn, and by default i had assumed only bad bad bad people do it.

Also, i continued to believe i wasn't born that way because my parents would never do such a thing.

I also did wonder how nature finds out when two people are married and decides to give them kids. I once overheard someone talking that so and so's daughter had a child 4 months after she got married followed by an emphatic "Hawwww Hai!". I couldn't for the life of me figure out why that is such a bad thing.

We were watching a family movie and there came a kissing scene b/w 2 high school lovebirds . My (then) 7yo was all stunned and sort of worried.

I was like

“what happend beta?”

and he said

“now she will become pregnant just because of this movie”

I and wife were :rotfl:

I thought only non muslims pro create this way and muslims do it in a HALAL way. My 12 year old friend also confirmed my theory as well.
