life is too short and precious to be drinking tasteless tea with skimmed milk and sweetners... In addition since you are avoiding rice and bread (carbs), you are going the atkins route, almost. Not very healthy.
i) Sweeteners have aspartame, they might be 0 cals/0 carbs but they haven't been around long enough to rule out the threat of cancer. Secondly, sweeteners increase your craving for sugar, so next time when you have sugar unintentionally, trust your body to store all of that as fat! Sugar's natural, a little bit of it wont do any harm!
ii) You are barely saving 20-25 calories by using skimmed milk in a cup of tea, and compromising on the quality of tea. Why not just take a little 2-3 minute stroll around your back yard to burn it off rather than drinking a tasteless cup of tea with skimmed milk and sweeteners? Also keep in mind weight loss through exercise is the right way to go about it, NOT dieting, trust me. This calorie count diet is no good, it might have some short term results, but in the long run its counterproductive, mark my words. Eat everything (all the wonderful naimats God has given us), but watch the portions and introduce cardio to your life, that should be the correct way to go about it.
Spock, Ive been using skimmied milk for as long as i could remember. So i dont know what full-cream tea tastes like neways.... actually i do, and idont like the taste :) as for the sweetners.. ur right. I should avoid it. After the pack finishes, I shall
