I am 3 months pregnant and i dont know about my baby’s gender yet but i have already decided the names of my baby … For a girl i will go for “Umaiza” and for a boy i will go for “Rayyan” … I love Hayyan as well but its my nephew’s name…

not sure, but both girls that i know who named their baby this pronounce it slightly differently. one says IN-aa-rah, and the other says EE-naa-rah.

thanks! i love the name almost certain thats what we are going with but I am reallyyyyy confused on the spelling hubby seems to like Esa but i for some reason like Eesah better so i thought to ask people here but no help :frowning: thanks for your reply tho <3

Why not name your baby boy/girl with names of the various prophets eg. Adam … Hood … sulaiman … yunus … yacob … eisa … ibrahim … ismail n onwards or the names of ashra mubashra sahabis that were given the glad tidings by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) of being jannati …
for girls similarly names of the wives of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) like khadija .. hafsa … aisha … sawdah … safiya … jawaria etc … also names of Prophet Muhammad’s pbuh daughter’s names zainab … rukaiya … kul soom n fatima (or her nick name zhara) …
also there are other famous sahabi n sahabiyaat …
The thing is a name is an identity of a person plus naam ka asr hota hai …
