I do bodybuilding and keep active, swim etc (diet with the right macros and micronutrients), I'm 23 and I get away with telling people I'm 28, got told the other day I look old for 28, I look about 35, I see a lot of botox in my future unless I get married and give up hahahaha

Good advice Karthy. I agree with everything you mentioned. I'll add prayer and meditation as well. We need spiritual connection and stress management to stay young as well. Staying youthful also comes from within if you have a positive outlook and inner peace.

running is a weight-bearing activity that protects against osteoporosis - especially in the large bones of the thigh, hips, spine. and having a big aerobic/CV engine correlates highly with better brain function and quality of life in older adults. weight training is important, but aerobic activity is the base of the pyramid.
The main culprit behind aging is not diet but your state of mind especially when you reach that age when you start to feel old. You've got to remind yourself, again and again, that age is just a number, and you'll stay young for as long as you believe. Sounds like bollocks, but unfortunately, this state of mind is one of the hardest things to achieve in life.
