I read and completed many books during the year and my favorite is:
The Making of Exile: Sindhi Hindus and the Partition of India by Nandita Bhavnani
It is very well written and the best thing about the book is writer’s neutral approach to cover a controversial subject. No one comes out as villain after you finish the book. A very rare phenomenon in books related to partition.
writer, genre and reason for being best book you read during the year?
By Herman Hesse.
Genre:speculative fiction
Because i think that's the only speculative book I read this year. The others I read were romantic comedy's so this one sticks out of the rest.
