We’ll have iftaar in Houston… and we’ll just have to see who ends up paying for it. No cheap place either for me. :nono3:

Time to pick on Faisal. :p

As if you don't do that already! :D

Anyway, for the totally dumb, who couldn't figure it out.. the series is tied 2-2.

what a game..david ortiz is awesome..and here i was ready to change my signature after the 3rd game

The forgotten series has shaped up to be quite the series. I thought St. Louis would put it to'em but Houston has impressed me.

One hell of a game for Red Sox. Finally, something went right for the Sox for once. Though, back-to-back night games were damn tardy for me to watch.

yawn

it may be too late for Boston but at least they have made the series - back-to-back extra inning wins courtesy of Mr. Ortiz - he was clutch in both games.

St. Louis...now you have a PROBLEM!

I don't understand the fuss of Keith Foulke and Mariano Rivera in the A.L. - have a look at Brad Lidge - he has shut down the offense of Cardinals 3 games in a row for a total of 5 innings, has given up 1 hit, 2 walks, and had 9 strikeouts.

even if that wasn't impressive - you should have seen the look of Albert Pujols when he made him fool with a nasty slider to struck him out!

that's right - OCTOBER can't be scripted - the playoffs are so unpredictable - What a freaking day of baseball!

Absolutely fantastic stuff last night. And the timing couldn’t be better. First we were into a cliffhanger between BoSox and Yankees, that just didn’t seem to have any end. And finally when Ortiz hit the final run and Fox switched to Astros-Cards game, it was still in 0-0 in 8th. All the drama of bottom 9th happened right then. And the interesting thing is that Cards actually gave an intentional walk to get Kent on the plate so they can get a double-play out of him, and instead he hit a 3-run homerun on the first pitch he faced.

Well done BoSox and Astros. :k:

Astros-Cardinals game was on FX - don't tell me you weren't switching channels. :D

Well, as long as they were playing 0-0, I had no incentive. :D

Not with that BoSox-Yankee game that was going on for 5+ hours. The stress that was clearly visible on tha faces of BoSox fans was just so much more interesting.

Looks Schilling is pitching for Bosox ..are they left with any pitcher for 7th game if they win this one.

Pedro?

which game 7 ?
its over man wont be needing game 7

:rotfl: Top of 9 and Bosox leading 4-2

Brilliant pitching by Schilling. :k: He is the man.

Did you guys see the rondu Alex R! It was both hilarious and so utterly annoying. And then all that police in riot gear... reminded me of Pakistan-India (remember when one Pak fielder at boundry had to field wearing a helmet?) :)

And BoSox win!!!

What a match! What a match! Absolutely amazing. Schilling da man! Pitched till 7. The bullpen closed the deal :k:

Finally after tense bottom of 9 Bosox did it.

:bhangra: :nuch:

Mazaa aa gaya !!!

I want Bosox Vs Houstros World Sereis..
This is what people want in this election year. :p:

'You can’t do that, A-Rod" :nono:

The worst thing about the whole A-Rod incident was when the fans started throwing crap on the field. Seriously, how can you not look at that play and understand why A-Rod was called out? How come it wasn’t play on the stadium big screen? To me, there is very little to no doubt that the right call was made, and it was classless of the Yankees fans to throw a little temper-tantrum over something like that. I wouldn’t expect them to agree with the call and move on with no reaction, but throwing stuff on the field over making the right call is absurd. Do they really expect the refs to make calls blatantly in favor of their team? If not, then how the hell could they not see that the right call was made.

In slow motion, here

You all are invited to crash in my basement for the last game. I would love to see the Yankee's lose!!!!

i have a feeling h-town astros gonna win again today.
