I recall this vaguely but when I was in the labor room for my firstborn’s delivery, they made me sign a living will and I think they made me put down the person’s name who I wanted to make a decision for me in case I couldn’t make one about my life… not completely sure though, it was 4 years ago

In this case, i would def put my mums name down.
