Re: thay-kay-dar
very good topic, Zobia.
poignant, how you made the point by the title you gave to people who take upon themselves to place their values on others.
the other side of it is, if people who are really thoughtful, and are not being nosy or invasive in the lives of others, then they may give advice, when asked for or when they absolutely must come in to save someone grief and sorry-ness for them being not aware of their own follies.
this can be done, in a non judgemental way, or in a manner that is polite, substantive and objective.
when relations are involved, being caring for each other is something no one, can detach oneself from. unless, someone is selfish and deceitful.
so there is alot to unpack, if the context is varied, for a self proclaimed individual who would like to tidy around other people's way of living and behaviors.
normally, imposing and down grading attitude that is all about taking away, is not something that is useable in the long run by the person who thinks that s/he can become that judgemental upon other people.
