and for your information..the all muslim mughal empertors ..used to celebrate Basant ..including Buhadar Shah zafar ..was a master of flying kites..showing..the theory of Hakkekat rai..is not so strong !!!!!

Doesn't matter you celebrate or not, you are trying to make it a non-religious punjabi tehwar which is wrong.
