i tend to not think in that way or judge another person b/c most likely they probably had something happen to them in their past which caused them to be the way they are now.

see when we entertain their behavior like such, they get encouraged. Rudeness has no justifications. We cannot say that oh its fine if TLK is rude, maybe he had a bitter past.
