Actually it isn't. The reaffirmation of the UN Charter is a legal clause. Commitments to the UN can not be superseded by bi-lateral commitments. The fact that Simla reaffirms the UN Charter means that its resolutions must be implemented.

Muslims conversion to Hinduism has gone up.No Hindu is converting to lslam,barring isolated single incidents.Back in 80’s there were a couple of incidents in which Hindus converted to Islam in large numbers(Dalits,after they were deprieved of their rights by upper caste Hindus),especially a village in Tamil Nadu which garnered attention.but just look at the pathetic scenario.People are converting back to Hinduism now
