Aam banda, the last time Kashmir was discussed in the UNSC was a year ago. Do a quick search on UNODS, the Kashmir dispute is regularly discussed.
Secondly my statement stands. The UNSC resolutions can not be superseded by bilateral agreements. Show me one legal international norm that states otherwise.
