i just think the Hazara are too vulnerable to be playing games with warlords, religious groups, or nation states
the longterm solution say if it was a baloch nationalist group would have to include calming of the tension between them and the hazaras. even you should agree that the sting must be taken out of the localised situation. otherwise it will be a fragile peace
