It is so tragic that these incidents are happening. I sincerely wish better sense prevails on the leaders and they take strong and drastic action against the perpetrators.

There was a time when these animals used to carry out attacks and it would create fear among the people, now people have mostly gone past the fear part (since it has become an unfortunate reality). Now every event is creating more hatred for them. If they believe they can subjugate Pakistanis, its their mistake. Their acts are not good for Pakistan or Islam, and they will have to leave the path they have adopted and become normal human beings before even thinking of negotiations with the state.

more than 100 people have died in just one day and God knows how many more are injured, some are saying over 200 are wounded, there was one blast in Swat as well, near religious center I believe. 22 people died!
and in other news, Pakistani soldier was killed by Indian troops.
today, streets of Pakistan are blood soaked.... and govt/military are watching this bloodshed silently, when will they come up with proper terrorism strategy, how many more will die??

Terrorist attacks in Pakistan are infact down from the dark days of 2007-2010.
They have gone down mostly due to the Drone Strikes which have devastated the terrorists and reduced their capacity to plan more terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

Terrorist attacks in Pakistan are infact down from the dark days of 2007-2010.

Terrorist attacks lowered for sometime but that never meant that lowered number of attacks was because of 'drone attacks', everyone draws conclusions based on their own perceptions.

They can't prevent all attacks.
But in 2008-2010, these attacks were happening daily instead of once a month.

List of incidents in 2012 looks to be the longest while list was much shorter in 2001-2006.

The western forces and covert elements are managing to destabilise the country ... It is becoming obvious what is afoot ... Someone has their eye on Pakistan's nukes ... When are we gonna get them out?
Every single attack is happening for a reason ... What are those reasons? We are never told in the media .... Why? So the only reason that makes sense to me ... Is that above ... There is no reason ... There are just phantoms to blame ... And lie about them taking responsibility for the blasts.

So these animals attack islamic University, schools, young girls, good people who are doing charity work/providing health or vaccination, random innocent people, Muslim scholars, those who speak out against unislamic acts like Salman Taseer.... etc. etc.
Not suggestiing this but they almost never attack places where they might think "Kufr" and 'Un-Islamic' activities might be carried out...like places where alcohol/drug might be produced or sold, prostitution centers etc.

The govt needs to take serious action against religious nuts & madrassas that are churning out these homicidal killers.
Funny thing is our resident mullahs on this thread are blaming anyone except the people who are claiming responsibility for these killings TTP & LEJ.

In last week 5 scholars were martyred in karachi alone. Last year more then 80 scholars were martyred.
