I think her runing off with sherry is actually smart! lol...BECAUSE sherry is the ONLY person who can be head on with mudassir! so the minute muddasir tries to take laiba away, he will get revenge and also will prob. connect the few missing dots -> mudassir promising him to get him married to laiba, the missing money, etc.....in fact he might even play his cards to where he threatens to call Ali...
the funny thing is, it seems like the families problems are self caused....if minal-ali marriage had gone through, it wouldnt have really hurt anyone! laiba could have happily married ashir, fayaz wouldnt be kidnapped and they woulda had their house...
YES minal would be "mad" at ali, but they loved each other so eventually she coulda gotten used to it, like she did with sarosh...
where as with laiba, her sacrifice is rather dumb, b/c her family will resent the house and hate mudassir even more after her "qurbani" so it might be a waste!
so out of the two ways to get back the house (ali-minal or mudassir-laiba) the first one would have been a much better choice!
I think the best way to stop mudassir in his evil ways is by somone getting hold of Ali and kidnapping him. Since Ali is the most precious thing to Mudassir, he is also his soft point i.e. very protective over him
true, but that would be wrong for two reasons
1.) dont fight evil with evil! the family is too nice and religious and human to do that!
2.) if ali found out himself it would be smarter since then he can ensure that his brother is in the wrong and possibly stop him! b/c if he got kidnapped, he would think laiba's family is in the wrong and mudassir wouldnt get exposed as ali would think all his evil doings were in self defense...
besides, ali is to mudassir as minal is to sherry, in other words, the 2 nice kida happened to get stuck with evil siblings, its not really their fault...
the only diff. is that minal actually yells at sherry where as ali calmy tells his brother its wrong to do such things...and he doesnt know the extent!
