if you need to lose weight around the wasit first, then you should combine aerobics with crunches adn other tummy exercises. Otherwise you will notice that you will have nice abs but they will be beneath a layer of fat.

Piyari: I have a couple books by Denise Austin. One on pilates and another one called Hit the Spot or something similiar. They both have nice moves esp the second one I love and have seen excellent results along with lifting weights and running 35-45 mins 5-7 days a week.
