That's Maqam al-fana which is translated as station of self annihilation or self extinction....only few Sufis reach that stage.
This one (tehleel e nafsi) is translated as self analysis I think....a psychological term.

Fana un Fillah (Annihilation in God) is the third and last step in reaching that Maqam. The first step is love. <3 Love everyone else more than yourself. Very very difficult.
