I was debating between the dentist trays vs crest and the dental ones cost $125 and she said they’ll make my teeth sensitive too so I figured I’d save the 100 dollars (I got a good deal on teh crest strips) and try the cheaper option first since it worked for everyone! I’m using sensodyne for a week or so before I attempt because my teeth are really sensitive in general

I don’t know how it works though for the US but here in Canada if you go in for a checkup most places offer free teeth whitening. The only reason why I considered it was because it didn’t cause teeth sensitivity for me.
The crest strips do work though, the sensitivity might just be a bit of a problem, but if it’s something you want to do for good pictures then I guess just bear through it? lol.
