Re: Tears on your pillow

I was pg 5 times. Each time, the first symptom was my snoring like a warthog with a sinus infection. Thankfully, I tried those "breathe right" strips and they did the job very nicely. Many chronic snorers do it because you tend to breathe more thru your nose when sleeping and if your sinuses are inflamed for any reason then snoring ensues....those strips open up your nose and prevent it. So worth a try yeah?

As far as teeth grinding, I used to do that too - to the point that I broke a molar and swallowed it one nite. Turns out that the whole thing was because my wisdom teeth were coming in and my mouth needed more room for them. It was agony when it was going on, I'd wake up with such a sore jaw that I couldnt open my mouth at all. My dentist made a custom mouth-guard - a soft plastic thing that you place over your teeth to prevent bruxism (damage to teeth from incessant grinding) and it did prevent further damage but I'd still have bad jaw pain in the morning and (apparently lol) incessant squeaky noises all night from trying to grind.
