taweez/jadoo

Hello everybody,
I dont know if this is the right forum for this, but I needed some help regarding taweez and jadoo. My family is having a lot of problems and we know someone in our own family has done something of this sort on us to keep our family apart. My mother has checked with a lot of peers and alim. The only thing is that a lot of them just claim that they can undo any jadoo done but it actually doesnt work after paying so much money for this and that. I know there are peers in Pakistan who can help by taking off anything bad done. Does anyone here know someone who can actually help us? I am sure some or the other person have gone through the same thing! Someone you trust that will be able to help? or have helped you before as well. I would really appreciate a response. I really need your guys help.
Thankyou so much,
-Ib

Re: taweez/jadoo

most of the peers and professors sitting out there in pakistan claiming to "cure" the magic r liars and cheats....

if we stick to Quran and sunnah we wud not be bothered about such issues.....

according to saheeh hadith, if a person recites ayat-ul-kursi every night before sleeping, he/she remains free from any effect of shaytaan....

so if a person followed this and recited ayat-ul-kursi every night, u wud not end up in such situations....

also note that taweez is not allowed in Islam....

Re: taweez/jadoo

and reciting Surah Falaq and Surah Naas, the last two Surahs, offer protection from jinns, black magic and all such evils.

Re: taweez/jadoo

Dude to be honest this is all BS. I dont know why people like blaming their mistakes on things that one cant explain.

Re: taweez/jadoo

Maybe to you it is but not for me. I never back off in admitting if I am wrong or make a mistake but I KNOW this is happening in our family. Some people do actually know how to as well. I'v seen it with my own eyes, but I also know a lot of people dont believe in this. Dont we have a Surah in Quran regarding something being done on Muhammad (PBUH)?

Re: taweez/jadoo

Black magic DOES exist, Allah gave it to us, but advised not to do it, it is haram. However people who are evil/jealous still do these sorts of things.

How come a taveez is haraam. Is it haraam to get rid of the black magic done, by whatever means necessary? Im asking seriously here, please provide actualy references.

Re: taweez/jadoo

^ words of the Prophet (saw)....

“Whoever goes to a fortuneteller and asks him something and believes in his words, will have his prayers rejected for forty days.” (Muslim, Hadith 4137)

“Whoever visited a soothsayer and believed in his words has denied the Revelation to Muhammad (i.e., the Qur’an) Musnad Ahmad, Hadith no. 9171.

Re: taweez/jadoo

It has been happening in my family too, and for a while, I just thought that this is the typical standard response you get when things in your family are just going wrong. "Someone in the family is doing jadoo". Well, cutting short the details, I was in Pakistan this summer, and pretty much saw and smelled what the witch was cooking...

Anyway, I dont want to bother anyone with the greusome details. Basically, to take care of the problem:

  1. Don't retaliate with witchcraft.

  2. Realize that a lot of it is psychological. You keep thinking about it, and you'll find that you'll encounter more problems. Is it because of the witchcraft? No, its because you're stressed and distracted and can't function as well as you should.

  3. As far as reading Quranic ayahs - I would recommend Surah Rehman - its entirely about jadoo. Don't just read the arabic. Read the meaning. Read it every day - in Arabic and translation. Try to understand what it says and means and what God is trying to tell you about jadoo.

There is something called Manzil (sp?) as well. I find it useful to read that too - its just a compilation of various verses from the Quran that will also help you psychologically.

Keep away from the witch. Stay focused on your life. Just accept that there is nothing you can do to stop him/her, and move on with your life.

Re: taweez/jadoo

pcg, sometimes u make me think if me and u talk about the same Islam and Quran....

i read Surah Rahman daily before sleeping (atleast i try not to miss out) from many many years now, and i swear i never once read anything in it that is about magic....

plz point out any such thing to me, if u know of it....

Re: taweez/jadoo

You need RUKKIYAH done on you by an aalim..

The proper aalims who have such knowlegde DO NOT take money

They just read certain things and find out what you should be doing, the aalims will then DO RUKKIYAH on some water that you may have to drink, and spray in the house in all rooms and on the bed every day.....this happened to my friend and she was advised by the aalim to

always stay in state of wudu,
read surah BAQARAH as much as possible,
recite ayat-ul-kursi,
recite 4 Qul, keep zikr on the tongue
Recite surah yasin
Always have quran playing in your home in a cd or tape etc
Do not have pictures in the house
dont play music in the house
keep up with your daily prayers
read specific duas from (fortress of muslim dua book after every prayer)
sleep according to the sunnah in a state of wudu and on your right side reciting all qul and ayat al kursi before sleeping
massage with blackseed oil
massage with olive oil
do gusl with zam zam every day ( you can dilute the zam zam and just pour it over you once)
eat ajwa dates

DO ZIRK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

'laa illa ha illallahu wahadu la shareekalahu la hulmuqu wa la hul hamdu yuhyi wa yu meetu wahuwa ala kulli shaiyin qadeer' recite as much as you can

These things can protect you from harm

carry on doing it untill symptoms get better

if they dont get better after 40 days see aalim again they might have to kill the jinn or break the magic if it's too harsh

Re: taweez/jadoo

the superstitious nature of the entire human race astounds me at times.

Your problems are YOUR fault. No one elses. You are responsible for your deeds.. How do you 'know' someone 'did something'? is it just a feeling? Do u have any proof? Otherwise it's just psychological blame displacement.

Re: taweez/jadoo

Leave it to PA to bring out the cold hard truth.

Re: taweez/jadoo

Surah Rehman, armughal.

Re: taweez/jadoo

As I said before I know some people dont believe in this but it exists and as you asked if it's a feeling or proof. I have both.
Regarding psychological blame displacement, I am a 5th year medical student in one of the biggest universities in Europe. I know my psychology inside out.
Now you would say if I am a medical student why I believe in this? In my previous post I wrote I have seen it happening in front of my eyes and it is mentioned in our Quran as well. So I do believe and know these things happen to others too.
Thans for the help tho. I appreciate it.

Re: taweez/jadoo

Any particular verse in that sura?

Re: taweez/jadoo

Thanks for the help everybody. I really appreciate it.

Re: taweez/jadoo

The message is pretty pervasive. I'll look up some specific stuff later when I have access to the Quranic translation I use. I'm just physically parted from my volume 2, and I think that surah is in the volume 2 of the translation.

Re: taweez/jadoo

plz enlighten us pcg....
from what i read in surah rahman, there is not a single mention of magic/taweez/jadoo etc stuff in it....

Re: taweez/jadoo

Baqarah is an extremely strong surah for protection, as I said you need Rukkiyah done on you.

There is no point in checking with any old peer and aalim. The true people who have knowledge in this area DO NOT TAKE MONEY. I know from personal experience. If you are in the UK pm me and I might be able to help you.

If there any good sheikhs or aalims around your area ask around, or contact practising brothers who might have contacts, there people are very busy so be prepared to wait or travel for it.

Re: taweez/jadoo

Don't trust everything that you see... I've seen 'magicians' perform mind-boggling tricks.. only to realize how trivial they were once their secrets were revealed.

As for the mention in the Qur'an.. it also emphasizes that "but they cannot harm anyone except by God's permission". So maybe it's God's will that you be tested this way. Like any other hardship that befalls.
