As others already mentioned, taweez is forbidden. Have faith in Allah (SWT) instead of relying upon peers.

The following is an excerpt:

Reciting Qur’aan, for it has a great effect in removing (the effects of) sihr. Aayat al-Kursiy, the aayahs of sihr from Soorat al-A’raaf, Soorat Yoonus and Soorat Ta-Ha, Soorat al-Kaafiroon, Soorat al-Ikhlaas and al-Mi’wadhatayn should be recited over the person who has been affected by sihr, or into a vessel. Du’aa’ should be made for healing and good health; in particular the du’aa’ which has been narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him):

“Allaahumma Rabb al-Naas, adhhib al-ba’s wa’shfi, anta al-Shaafiy, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman (O Allaah, Lord of mankind, remove the evil and grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, which does not leave any sickness).”

One may also recite the words used by Jibreel when he treated the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with ruqyah:

“Bismillaah urqeek, min kulli shay’in yu’dheek, wa min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin haasidin Allaah yushfeek, bismillaah urqeek (In the name of Allaah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye may Allaah heal you, in the name of Allaah I perform ruqyah for you).”

This should be repeated three times, as should the recitation of “Qul Huwa Allaah Ahad” and al-Mi’wadhatayn.

The remainder goes in quite a lot of detail and makes a number of suggestions.

armughal, despite the fact that I asked you to wait while I get my hands on my own translation (which I’m more familiar with and comfortable with), you’re still being insistent. Which is rude. But anyway.

Here is a description of manzil. I can’t confirm the ayahs at the moment referenced here to make sure that those are the ayahs of Surah Rehman that talk on the topic. So that will take me time to confirm. But if you’re really anxious about it, I’d start with those ayahs. If you still feel they don’t have anything to do with witchcraft, or jinns or any supernatural stuff, then let me know, but please make sure to post some translation so that I can actually see what you’re reading and try to make sense of why you’re not getting it.

The proper aalims who have such knowlegde DO NOT take money

They just read certain things and find out what you should be doing, the aalims will then DO RUKKIYAH on some water that you may have to drink, and spray in the house in all rooms and on the bed every day.....this happened to my friend and she was advised by the aalim to

always stay in state of wudu, read surah BAQARAH as much as possible, recite ayat-ul-kursi, recite 4 Qul, keep zikr on the tongue Recite surah yasin Always have quran playing in your home in a cd or tape etc Do not have pictures in the house dont play music in the house keep up with your daily prayers read specific duas from (fortress of muslim dua book after every prayer) sleep according to the sunnah in a state of wudu and on your right side reciting all qul and ayat al kursi before sleeping massage with blackseed oil massage with olive oil do gusl with zam zam every day ( you can dilute the zam zam and just pour it over you once) eat ajwa dates

DO ZIRK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

'laa illa ha illallahu wahadu la shareekalahu la hulmuqu wa la hul hamdu yuhyi wa yu meetu wahuwa ala kulli shaiyin qadeer' recite as much as you can

These things can protect you from harm

carry on doing it untill symptoms get better

if they dont get better after 40 days see aalim again they might have to kill the jinn or break the magic if it's too harsh

first, u need to know what a manzil really means…

Quran is divided in to 30 “paras” so that those who wish to finish the recitation of the Quran in a month can have equal divisions…
and for those who wish to finish it in a week, the Quran has been divided into 7 MANZILs…
this new definition of manzil is indeed strange to me…

O assembly of the jinn and the men! If you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority.

so i see men and jinn collectively been told that what their fate shall be on the Day of Judgement if they dont obey their Lord in this world…

what has this got to do with magic…

Okay, there are 2 "manzil"

Manzil in quran (how quran is divided into sections, not sure how cuz i forgot).
Manzil (simply name of a book) is also a compliation of verses of Quran, that is read for protection against jadoo and stuff.

^ I know of #2 and that's what I was referring to. Armughal thought I was referring to the #1 definition you posted. I wasn't aware of such a definition of the term "manzil". You learn something new every day.

yes, i would like to know about that too, Most of quran requires a lot of pondering to understand.... for example, I saw miracles of quran, which stated allah sent down iron for our benefit....... and scientificaly, It was Sent down to earth literaly.

I am not too sure about how majic really works, but my limited study tells that majician gets hold of devilish jins (mo'akil) and gets them do dirty tricks on victims including getting 'future' (and some other possible) information. So the reference to them (and men????) passing the regions of heavens and the earth might have something which could provide assistance to the devilish jins. Allah swt knows best.
