i think the ruling is not if its picture. Ruling has to do with changing your looks permanently. I will come back to it later with some substance. Right now I am not making sense to even myself

In a nutshell, no it isn’t, as Islam “prohibits the deformation of oneself”… but that sentence in itself can open a whole can of worms…
I have at least a dozen friends, muslim guys and girls, who all emblazoned themselves with tattoos when they were young…they’re all now paying thousands of pounds to get them lasered off…
glad i didn’t confrom back then.
