I’d say that
“Bad lands tend to have bad PR”.
If Muslims behave like the ones from dubai, parts of malaysia, parts of Turkey then they have a good PR.
If on the other hand Muslims behave like the ones form Congo, Liberia, North Korea, Zimbabwe, then the PR cannot be good.
If our character is good and sophisticated, then everyone will respect us.
otherwise we’ll be considered uncouth and uncivilized and hence the bad PR.
