Pakistan claims Kashmir has to be settled by UN sponsored plebiscite … and if you see what needs to be done for that, you see that UNCIP resolutions are guiding prninciples for it. As i said even the Kashmiris want to settle the issue based on UNCIP resolutions. So for that to happen Pakistan has to vacate Kashmir completely before a plebisicte takes place. That is what are the facts on the ground … now you wanna run

But then you are caught in your own web because UNCIP clearly ask Pakistan to vacate ALL areas in Kashmir … guess who is asked to vacate a terrirtory … hint: someone who has illegally encroached upon an area .. oops.
Now let us look at another thing here … Check the constitution of Azad Jammu & Kashmir … they also want UNCIP resolution implemented. Guess what does that mean … Pakistan has to vacate Kashmir before a plebiscite takes palce in Kashmir. So in light of these … what would you say is the stumbling block in resolution of Kashmir as per UN
Talking about UN … the last time a reference to Kashmir made it to a UNSC resolution … India and Pakistan were asked to solve the issue between themselves. But then some poeple don’t take a hint … they want an in your face reply.

Oh yeah the west considers Pakistanis important than Indians … that is why US government has “instructed” its security agencies to personally “talk” to each “individual” Pakistan when they enter US. While the poor Indians have to just pass through as ordinary people. Boy you sure sound proud of it

If you really had been invovled with UN you would perhaps know this … UN gave up on Kashmir issue a long time back 
That is why no more UN representaives … infact UN now has asked India and Pakistan to settle Kashmir through mutual talks.
So next time you talk about UN and Kashmir don’t forget what UN had asked of Pakistan before a plebisicste is held in Kashmir.

As i said ..... UN scrapped the office of UN rep as no progress was made !!!!! Yep blame it on Un ... they failed to act ..... but then the basic point stays . If Kashmir has to be resolved through a UN administered plebiscite, then Pakistan has to vacate ALL areas of Kashmir for that to happen. So till that does not happen ... no plebiscite.

We had this discussion before ... none of the resolutions are binding ... remember the discussion about Chapter 6 & 7 :D
But then when Pakistan complains about India not holding the plebiscite in Kashmir ... you need to ask yourself this .... what actaully is required for the plebiscite to happen and since you are now aware of UNCIP resolutions you know who is responsible.
On another note ... what are you going to say to the Kashmiris who want Kashmir to be solved as per UNCIP resolutions :)

No .... India's position is clear on Kashmir ... people of Jammu & Kashmir have decided and they are part of India !!!!! It is Pakistan that has a problem ... it wants UN plebiscite but does not follow what is required to do it !!!!

Nope. You see Resolution 47 calls for a Plebicite. Go google it. Also The Indian government promised it until 1965 that the Plebicite will be held.
Indian government has yet to hold the Plebicite. If it did show the documentation.
Good you brough it up … so have the Pakistani nationals left Kashmir … i would go on a limb here and say Pakistani army is made up of Pakistani nationals
Indian government was not to hold plebiscite … UN was supposed to … India went to UN and not the other way round
