As i said … UN scrapped the office of UN rep as no progress was made !!! Yep blame it on Un … they failed to act … but then the basic point stays . If Kashmir has to be resolved through a UN administered plebiscite, then Pakistan has to vacate ALL areas of Kashmir for that to happen. So till that does not happen … no plebiscite.
