Well, there were surely pockets of Hindu majority areas in different parts of kashmir. Just because, they are not in majority in a particular district does not mean that they should not get their homeland.
Kashmiri muslims can always or will have to vacate a district or two for their brothers.
You cannot kick out the indeginous people from their own land/country just coz they are less in number. Kashmiri muslims have history of just few hundred years in Kashmir, whereas pandits have been living there more than thousands of years.
Muslims got their homeland within India, they were not told to go to Iran, Afghanistan, Malaysia. Same way, you cannot force hindus to leave kashmir, that is their homeland/country just coz they are less in number.
Kashmir and kashmiris needs to be treated just like undivided India.
Plus, muslims in Kashmir are doing great job by erasing hindu history from kashmir. They have renamed Anantnag as Islamabad, Shankaracharya hill has been renamed as Takht e sulaiman. And the shor sharaba they created during Amarnath shrine was too much. All what hindus wanted to lease the govt. land for 4 months, and they did not allow that as well.
