I don't live there so I will defer to you but it seems an extremely low number. In the US you will see niqabs every now and then in major cities so for there to be only 300 such individuals in the Netherlands is odd, but again that is a different country with a different immigration mix, namely more of a North Africa/Middle Eastern mix whereas here there is a more globalized mix of Muslims.
