Egypt received a lot of aid from the USSR--and then it kicked the USSR out of the country in the early 70's. How could a "puppy" do that? When Rice spoke out on human rights and democracy in Egypt how did the "puppy" react?

USSR was giving lot of aid to ohter countriees but USA is the second largest aid giver to Egypt after Isreal.
