I not aware of the context of those pictures. Anyhow, if by extremists you mean simply women who wear niqaab/burqa, then no they don’t automatically raise any concern for me. If I see such women doing something wrong then that would be a different story. However, them simply dressing as they do doesn’t bother me (as I’m sure is obvious by now).
I’ve been there too. However the sights that seem to bother you don’t bother me. I on the other hand have not encountered anyone (Muslim) having anything really bad to say about the country itself and they are mostly on decent terms with their fellow citizens.
I disagree with those statements I think that Canadians are for the most part good people. I don’t hate non-Muslims either.
I never did find out the verdict. Therefore I neither supported it nor opposed it.
