I remember it. These were on every other wall in early nineties. There was one right on the main gate of my school, announcing a million rupees for anyone who could lead to the much feared Farooq Dada.

Farooq Dada is not Dr. Imran Farooq. It was Farooq Patni who used to called Farooq dada later died in encounter
