Well, Punjab is an under-developed area so the govt needs to make sure that people from Punjab get employment in outside Punjab areas. Notice, no seats for Sindh and KPK, that means those provinces are far more developed :k:

the first right for jobs should be for locals…in this case it should have been pashtuns, Baloch and punjabis living there who are the majority in quetta. But bringing people from other provinces when the locals are jobless creates resentment. I hope the government change the current process of recruitments.
