This is what creates hatred in smaller provinces for Punjab…why cant the locals (Baloch/Pashtuns) be employed in these jobs? Look at the jobs reserved for the locals.

Well, Punjab is an under-developed area so the govt needs to make sure that people from Punjab get employment in outside Punjab areas. Notice, no seats for Sindh and KPK, that means those provinces are far more developed :k:
