first of all no one from area belong to such vedio claim that this is authentic vedio, nor any government official do such thing, so, before blamming taliban we have to discuss about vedio authenticity.
also many of us watched vedio tv one in programme of Mr. Mubasshir Luqman and this vedio was authentic where police killed 18-20 years boy in fake police mukabila. no body from so called moderator from pakistan and ngo condemn such act of police and even no body arrest thouse police officer who act this.
