Taliban Lashing Girl publically in Swat

Re: Taliban Lashing Girl publically in Swat

It's a sad incident that occured. We should make the same hue and cry about drone attacks which kill innocent women, children, and elderly (more than often). If that got as much coverage as this did, the drone attacks might actually stop. The Human Rights organizations are usually mum when it comes to large scale murder of unarmed civilians at the hands of tech toys of foreigners from high above. Don't those lives matter? Isn't that an issue worth causing a stir for anyone who cares for Human "Rights"....?

Just some food for thought.

Again, it's a sad incident that has occurred, and should be thoroughly investigated.

PS: I fully agree with Crescent, we shouldn't hasten to judge w/out knowing the details.

Some questions to ask:

Where was this video before? And when was it made?

Who made it?

Who released it, and why now? Why not earlier?

Who are the girls relatives, and their whereabouts?

Who is the girl's husband, why is he quiet and hasn't come to defend her?

Where is the father-in-law who was supposedly punished as well behind closed doors?

And other details, which i'm sure will need to be answered since Supreme Court has decided to look into this matter. More of this will come to light.
