The Pakistani Muslims who these kharijis attacked did NOT do any of these. Hence they can NOT be held accountable for ANY excuse these anti-Islam kharijis may have. This is the first lesson of Islamic justice.
if we are talking of islamic justice we will need a fatwa from respectable source to declare the current talibans as kharjis, hasnt been done so far. if it can be obtained will clear up alot of misunderstandings.
